One Stop Healthcare is now officially Disability Confident Committed — a government-backed accreditation recognising our dedication to supporting disabled people and those with long-term health conditions in the workplace.

This means we've demonstrated a real commitment to inclusive recruitment, removing barriers to employment, and making sure everyone has the opportunity to contribute and thrive.

This week, our Mental Health First Aiders Zoe and Neil have been marking with a fantastic series of activities aimed at encouraging all of us to reflect on our wellbeing, our outlook, and how we support those around us.

The response from colleagues across the hospital was wonderful to see, with great engagement and plenty of thoughtful conversation throughout the week.

To round things off, Zoe and Neil brought everyone together over tea and cake — a lovely opportunity to relax, catch up, and share a few laughs with colleagues. A brilliant end to a really meaningful week.
