For Discovery, Defender, Range Rover, Evoque and other models

We test and repair Land Rover DC/DC Converter control units in-house.

Typically tested and repaired within 72 hours and costing £350 to £600 plus carriage

Specific hardware faults include:
P0D33 short circuit to ground
P0A94 internal fault

We test these DCDC Converters on a custom test bench using 48v and 12 V Batteries and charging systems so can confirm that the DCDC Control units function correctly in a live environment using our bench occilloscope systems.

Clean 2024 Suzuki Jimny Siera in today fir a Stage 1 remap taking this 4x4 from 101bhp to 115bhp & 130Nm to 145Nm making a nice increase in torque, acceleration and increasing the MPG as a bonus.

Defender 90 TD5 in for a service, running rough and down on power. Injectors incorrectly set, they need adjusting over time, also needed a clean. Once injectors were sorted it was running smooth as silk again. Full service carried out and Stage 1 remap carried out taking TD5 from 122bhp and 300Nm torque up to 152bhp and 365Nm torque, so a very noticeable performance boost that will increase MPG and make towing a horse box much easier

Engine Tuning

The Engine has been fitted with a custom tuned MEFI-4 ECU using the CBM Motorsport Ingenus software, Turner Performance have fine tuned the calibration on their Rolling Road Dyno to work correctly with UK fuels and to maximise the performance and running of this outstanding Mustang.

The drive experience is truly awesome, it’s a sit back and cruise for weekends or a daily driver very easily but with the Race focused specification this car can turn into a completely different beast altogether.
