10 years ago today, Doves Care Agency was born. It wasn't a grand office or a big team. It was just my sister and me.
We were the care team. She took the morning shifts; I took the evenings. We had two clients and a shared vision to provide care that felt like family.
The road wasn't easy. COVID-19 tested us to our absolute limits. While the industry struggled with recruitment, we didn't quit. We stayed on the roster, working 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM, taking it one day at a time to ensure our clients were never left behind.
