Join me for a heart-opening Summer Solstice gathering as we honour the longest day of the year and welcome the golden fullness of the sun. The solstice marks a sacred turning point — a time to celebrate abundance, vitality, connection, and the radiant light within and around us.
As the sun lingers in the sky, we’ll begin our evening in ceremony with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, inviting intention, clarity, and heart-centred presence. Cacao has long been used in ritual spaces to gently open the heart and deepen connection — to ourselves, to one another, and to the rhythms of nature.
From there, we’ll move into guided breathwork to awaken the body, clear stagnant energy, and ignite inner fire. Through conscious breathing, we’ll create space for renewal and expansion — aligning with the vibrant energy of the season.
In community, we’ll then slow down and create flower crowns, weaving together fresh blooms and greenery as a symbol of beauty, creativity, and the flourishing of life. This hands-on ritual invites playfulness and connection, honouring ancient solstice traditions of adorning ourselves with nature.
As twilight settles in, you’ll be guided into deep rest with an immersive sound bath. Layered tones and soothing vibrations will wash over you, integrating the evening’s intentions and inviting a state of calm, reflection, and harmony.
