It’s be a fun 2 years. It’s been a journey full of memories, breakthroughs, good friends and good vibes. It’s been magical, but all good stories must come to an end.
This is Jangala’s.
Life sometimes throws challenges in your path and tough decisions have to be made. Some situations you need to think with your heart, other situations you need to think with your head.
Business is business, and life can sometimes force your hand with tough business decisions.
It’s with a heavy heart that I need to close down the Jangala Yoga & Wellness studio.

I’m sure there will be lots of questions in the next few days, lots of emotions and confusion.

Here’s the basics to put your mind at ease:
The last classes before closure will be Wednesday 11th December.
Next week’s classes are as per timetable on booking system.
Class credits will still be available to purchase until closure - If you are planning on attending classes over the next couple of weeks, I would recommend being conscious about how many class credits you’re likely to use or to try and use up any remaining credits on your account.
If you don’t get a chance to use any remaining credits then a refund will be issued.
Please email me at hello@jangala-yoga.com to let me know how many credits you had left on your account or any further questions that you might need answering.

I’m not going to lie, it’s been an honour and a privilege to build a little yoga community in the small town of Hemsworth. It captured my heart. I’ll never forget it.

Going forward I strongly hope for everyone to keep following Maya and Amy with their Yoga teaching, and to not see this as a time to give up, but to keep practicing Yoga where possible.




What is to become of “Jangala” and myself as a Yoga teacher..?
Stay tuned. Things are in motion.

We’re back at it this week yogis 💚

Thank you so much for your support last week when I needed to take time off last minute.

I find getting back into some sort of routine and normality when dealing with grief helps me keep afloat. Hugs are also welcome (but not compulsory!)

Join for a unique Pranayama (Breathwork) practice designed to calm your mind, invigorate your body and deepen your connection to yourself.

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by thoughts and unable to meditate? Are you struggling with constant stress, anxiety and interrupted or sleepless nights?

This class will be designed to invite gentle movement to enhance the flow of energy in your body.
Learn various pranayama techniques to help still the mind and calm the nervous system.
We then transition into a meditative state allowing the mind to rest and to enter a profound state of peace and relaxation.

Experience the benefits of this new series:
Reducing your anxiety and stress as we soothe the nervous system.
Improving your focus and concentration to enhance your attention span and mental clarity.
Boosts your happiness increasing the positive emotions and reducing feelings of depression.

This will be a 45-minute class followed by a 15 minute chat to close the practise and discover the transformative power of breath.
