Arron came to us with an acute hamstring injury just 10 days before his first boxing bout. 🔔

Through targeted hands-on treatment and a bespoke exercise plan, we were able to get him pain-free on fight night and ultimately perform to get the KO finish!

Our clinic journey so far.

Unfortunately, our DIY skills aren't quite as efficient as our physio skills. It took far too long for us to hang the wall frames level!

Having a look through the progress shows us how far we've come in a very short time!

Alex came to us following major abdominal surgery. He was feeling unclear what he was allowed to do regarding exercise, as there was no follow-up from the NHS post surgery.

People often ask about the origin of XXV❓

Conor and Adam met in 2015 on their first day of University. Bonding over their love of all things Yorkshire, they never looked back 🤝

In their 2nd and 3rd years, they moved into a house of 8 physios, and the house number was 25. That’s how XXV was born and became part of these 8 lads’ DNA 🧬

We have a private professional space that is fully equipped for all necessary assessments, allowing us to provide the highest quality care. 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️

Additionally, being at a sports facility, we can incorporate pitch-based rehab into our treatment plans, ensuring a full recovery for our patients.
