"A solid mother-child relationship should be a bank from which a sense of security can be drawn for a lifetime."
Yet many people grow up with way-less than ideal parental figures...which can lead to a lifetime of challenges for us.
Below is a link to an article written by Gwyneth Lewis, an acclaimed writer and poet from Wales. In the article she talks of her experience working with Pesso Boyden psychotherapy, that it has been the 'most effective' form of therapy she's worked with over the years - in helping her process the challenges she had to live with growing up with an abusive mother.

I run Pesso Boyden group workshops as well as one-to-one sessions, and would be glad to talk through how this transformative method might be able to help you.
