Magic boards for surfers like us.

I’m loving this mini-log — the perfect hybrid for any intermediate surfer.
Stretch it a bit longer and it becomes an unreal beginner board too.

This one comes from my original Speedster template, shaped and refined again and again… just taken longer for that smooth glide. EPS core, clean lines, and now ready for lamination with some special Italian 🇮🇹 pin lines for .nutile1988 🤙🏼

Nothing beats bringing a fresh shape to life.

I’m selling my North Code 0 10m in that beautiful blue colour — single strut, super light, and responsive in the sky. I bought it because I wanted to feel that lightness and quick reaction, and it really delivers. I only ride strapless (no foil), and for me it just didn’t have the punch I need...

UK weather update:
Temperatures dropping below freezing this week… finally!
Because honestly, my shaping room has been winter since August — zero degrees, numb fingers, and resin that cures slower than a UK surfer paddling for a closeout 🤣

But who cares?
I’m in there shaping a hot fish, every curve cooking hotter than my South American blood.
Cold outside, tropical inside.
Magic boards don’t wait for sunshine.

People drop £1200 on boards made by machines, but the real ones, shaped by hand, covered in dust, built with resin, time, and heart — sit quietly in small workshops like this.

Most people don’t see the difference. They see a product, not the soul.
But that’s fine — this was never about numbers.

I’m not here to chase trends.
I’m here to build magic boards for surfers like us.

The Egg — and the Puzzle 🧩

Puzzle was never about chasing performance or trends.
It was born from the feeling that everything connects — the ocean, the board, the hands that shape it, the surfer that rides it.
It’s not about being the best; it’s about feeling something real.

The Egg came from that same place.
It’s a board for people who don’t need to prove a thing.
It glides instead of fights. It forgives. It flows.
You don’t ride an Egg to show off — you ride it to slow down and find rhythm again.
To trim high on the face, to feel the rail hum, to look around and realise — this is surfing. This is enough.

Every Puzzle board is shaped with that idea in mind:
to bring back the connection.
Between foam and soul, between coastlines and stories, between what we ride and why we ride it.
