How someone starts a movement, where they pause and what happens when they’re unsure, even if they’ve been doing rehab for a while or think they’re moving well.
This is how I approach physio and how I work with my “movement hacker” clients.
I’m looking for what repeats and what people do before they realise they’re doing it.
