Our Story

Henfield Holistics was started by Caroline Rowley in 2016. She first became interested in Holistic Therapies in the early 2000’s when she went for a beauty treatment and saw a Reflexology poster in the treatment room. The next day she booked a Reflexology session and was blown away by all the things that the therapist picked up about her from her feet.

At the time Caroline had been working in a stressful job in London and was very run down and disillusioned with commuting and the long hours. Within a few months of discovering Reflexology, Caroline booked onto a course and trained as a Reflexologist. She has since added Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone Massage, and Holistic Facials to her repertoire.

Caroline uses the room on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Monday and Wednesday she hires her room to another local therapist, Angie Cridland and together they use the space to help people in Henfield and the surrounding areas to help people achieve better health.
