🌸🌼 A little act of care can brighten more than just a day… it can brighten a garden! 🌼🌸

One of our lovely clients mentioned their hanging basket was looking a little tired and in need of fresh flowers 💐 So, our wonderful Care Professional turned it into a special outing! 🚗💕

Together, they enjoyed a lovely trip to pick out some beautiful new blooms 🌺🌷 followed by an afternoon of planting them up and bringing the basket back to life 🌿✨

Moments like these are what truly matter – companionship, fresh air, and a splash of colour to make everything feel brighter 💛
