We can’t believe how quickly our little caterpillars have grown over the last week! Smaller than a grain of rice last Monday and today they are around 2inches long! Keep your eyes peeled for their next growth spurt!

We had a lovely time celebrating Comic Relief today with a Winnie the Pooh theme 🐻🍯

A big thank you to our wonderful manager Rachael for putting together beautiful fruit platters for our residents – they were enjoyed by all and brought plenty of smiles! ❤️

We were delighted to welcome Kath, the local rector from Ullenhall, who paid a very special visit to our home. She kindly brought along beautiful posies made by local school children, which truly brightened our residents’ day 💐

The thoughtful gesture brought so many smiles, sparked lovely conversations, and created a wonderful connection between generations. Our residents were so touched by the kindness and care that went into each posy.

A big thank you to Kath and the children for spreading such joy – it really meant the world to us all

Happy St Patrick’s Day! We had a lovely morning making dancing leprechauns, eating Irish soda bread with butter and jam, listening to some Irish music and learning some Irish dancing steps! What a lovely St Paddy’s day ☘️

🐛🦋 A Little Nature to Enjoy Together

We now have caterpillars with us that will soon begin their wonderful transformation into butterflies. Over the coming weeks we’ll be watching them grow, form their chrysalides, and eventually emerge as beautiful butterflies.

Following their progress is a lovely and calming activity, and it’s always special to see nature’s changes up close. Once they are ready, we’ll release the butterflies so they can fly free.

We’re looking forward to sharing this magical journey with our residents. 🦋
