It’s been a challenging few weeks , I can’t lie, and I’m feeling a bit emotionally spent. So on the way to the med centre , with my blood pressure in the 200s and my head all over the place , a young lad whizzed passed me on his bike . Stopped, grinned at me and said “I’m having such a lovely day” oh it made me smile so much and reminded me to live in the moment and see life through the eyes of a kid , feeling free on his shiny red bike! Im sat on a bench now waiting to go in to the docs ( I’m obviously too early) and the sky is a beautiful orange, the birds are singing and kids are laughing.. there is always something good around you, appreciate the small stuff ❤️ fans
