I really would like to recommend Charlie Cook of Bodymatters sports injury clinic. I had a long-standing shoulder injury which prevented me from all sorts of movements and regularly woke me up at night. After spending several sessions in Charlie’s capable hands, and following a progression of exercises that he prescribed, I would say that the problem has gone away completely and I have a far better understanding of how my body works.

Marlow RFC’s Patrick Toone has been selected to represent England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Deaf Sevens during their up and coming tour of Argentina 🇦🇷

He’s put in a lot of hard work this season, and is now reaping the rewards. Proud to send him off with a fresh set of legs and all the luck in the world.

Very pleased to announce that my new clinic space in the new TG Gym & Wellness centre will be opening tomorrow Friday 9th September.

Open evening from 5pm tomorrow. All welcome to come have a look round the facilities, enjoy a drink, meet the team and see what’s on offer.

Bit of a tough day at Reading Half Marathon. No excuses, just a bit under cooked for it. Started well, dipped a little in the middle, and the less said about the end, the better! But all good fun.
