Our Birth Preparation Course for babies due in September, October & November is back in August at the gorgeous Bix Village Hall. If you're expecting your first baby, this is the perfect course to prepare for Labour, Birth & those early days and weeks with your newborn. Our inclusive Modern Antenatal course is packed full of the latest evidence-based research, tips & skills so that you feel truly prepared and informed!

Our popular 'Then There Were Two' course is also back in August, perfect for anyone expecting their 2nd/3rd or even your 4th baby! The course allows you to spend some time focusing on this pregnancy & your physical & mental well-being, planning for the early days with a newborn and their sibling(s) ending with a delicious Before noon tea.

This is a topic we talk about a lot on our Antenatal Courses. Having a newborn can feel like we lose ourselves sometimes in the never ending cycle of feeding, nappy changes & catching up on sleep (!).

We emphasise the importance of creating a postpartum plan & lining up support networks in advance of baby's birth to give you opportunities to have some much needed me time and as a couple. But, I promise you, it does get easier... hang in there!
