Due to the latest Government guidelines I once again have to close the door to my office and move back online until the beginning of December (🤞🏼).

Today I received an email congratulating me on passing my accreditation.. I am super happy and proud of myself for achieving this as it recognises that I meet their higher standards of competency and ethics.

This week I open my (new) office door and welcome clients who want to be back face to face for sessions.

It has been a long few months and although I‘ve enjoyed having online sessions, it’s nice to see people’s faces properly.

Here is my new office.. I forgot to bring the new plants though- whoops!

Yes another post about this..! I can’t help myself!!

When I talk about self- care with clients they often get stuck thinking of things they enjoy or find relaxing so when I saw thiS I had to post. Might be a good thought provoker.

What do you do for self- care? I enjoy the gym and sleep!
