Today I have been blessed with two amazing gifts, a beautiful bunch of sunflowers from a head teacher whom I was teaching for and a card and shrimp ( shrimply the best ) from my niece who had come to stay over the holidays with her family.
It really goes a long way when people appreciate you, especially when the weather is so grim outside

After visiting my fantastic oesteopath we got chatting about the huge benefit giving a person an aspirin if they are suffering with symptoms of a heart attack under the direction of the ambulance operator. We both pontificated on the fact that generally people dont have this medicine at home.
I showed him this natty key ring that could house the vital 300mg tablet and low and behold this is the picture he sent me a couple of days later
