My kids have had their first full week back at school, and I’ve had the pleasure of supporting a few little ones with back-to-school anxiety.

Some of them have been to me before, and their parents have noticed how much reflexology has helped them feel calmer and more settled.

What a lovely weekend it’s been – a bit humid, but I’ve managed to get the washing dried ✅ and had such a chilled-out day at home with the kids. Lots of hide and seek, helping Harry with his homework, and just enjoying a slower pace. 💜

🌕 Have you seen the full moon tonight? It’s a red moon – so magical!

It’s back to school for a full week now after only a few days last week – so it feels like we’re all really back into routine again. 📚✏️

Back to work tomorrow, and this week is looking a little quieter – perfect if you’re ready to book in some much-needed me time!

💜 A little note about payments 💜

With the cost of living rising, I’ve been looking at ways to keep my reflexology prices as they are without increasing costs for you. Last year my card machine alone took over £300 just in fees, which really adds up.

I’ll always keep card payments available for those who need it, but my preference is now cash or bank transfer where possible 🌿. This way, I can continue to offer you the same treatments at the same price.

✨ Goodbye August, Hello September ✨

Wow, the summer holidays have flown by! Between family adventures (we loved our trip to Blackpool 💛), long days together, and back-to-school prep, it’s been a busy but beautiful time.I’m definitely feeling relaxed and recharged after a lovely summer, and now it’s time to step into September — new routines, school uniforms at the ready, and a little space to reset as the seasons shift.

✨ Can you believe the six weeks are nearly over already? I honestly don’t know where the time has gone! The kids are heading back to school soon, but before the routine starts again we’re off to Blackpool to see the illuminations – I can’t wait for some proper family time. 🎡💡✨

It’s been lovely to slow down a little, but I’m back to work tonight, and then tomorrow morning we’re heading to Blackpool. 💜 I’m really looking forward to seeing you all again once I’m back – and with autumn just around the corner, now’s the perfect time to get booked in before life gets busy again.

A little reminder to look after yourself… ✨Over the weekend I had a bit of a scare with my shoulder. After an Indian head massage last week, I didn’t have my client close enough and overstretched a muscle. At first I worried I’d done some real damage, but thankfully after seeing an osteopath and having a deep tissue massage, it’s already feeling much better.This week is a busy one in the treatment room, and I didn’t want to let anyone down by rescheduling — so I’m being extra mindful about rest and recovery. Next week I’m taking a little break in Blackpool with the family, which I’m really looking forward to. 🌊✨The reason I’m sharing this? To remind you (and myself!) that we all need to look after our bodies. Even as a therapist, I sometimes forget to “practice what I preach.” 💜👉 Don’t wait until something hurts before you take care of yourself. A little regular self-care makes all the difference.
