Unfortunately I was too present in this evening’s “An Evening with Spirit” session to take too many photos.

The messages received were incredible- when the time is right I’ll share the ones that were for me personally. It was an evening full of various spiritual communication methods, every person left feeling like they had really delved deeper into the spiritual realm in a safe and held environment.

If you’ve been creeping around my website, you’ll have seen that all of the individual meditations have been removed.

As part of prepping for baby and maternity, I’ve spent time considering how to make my offerings more compact, valuable and digestible, and this is step one.

Introducing guided meditation bundles, a variety of meditations designed for a specific purpose all put into one purchase.

These are currently meditations that were already available, but the “Coming soon” slide has a sneak peek at what else is on the way… and from October, each month will have entirely new releases and bundles!

I don’t know about you, but half-term holidays always feel busier than they should, especially with a bank holiday.

Half-terms should be about spending time together, resting, enjoying family, and in reality usually we’re just pulled from pillar to post and end up more tired than we usually are. The loss of routine affects everybody, not just the kiddos!

Unfortunately I’m not offering appointments this weekend as it’s my birthday 🎉What a week- 12 week scan and my 37th birthday!

However, there is plenty of fun to be had at Henstead Arts and Crafts Centre over this holiday weekend! We have our Easter Hunt going on for free, a craft fair on the 4th with some amazing crafters, and recycled fun in the courtyard on the 6th! Grab the kiddos and come on out and support your local, independent businesses!

🫶 the very first two tests. Was NOT expecting the positive and the shock was overwhelming.
🍞baking
🫶 taking a test every day til I could see my doctor because I kept gas lighting myself into thinking it was a fever dream.
☀️ a 6 week early scan, a little heart beat for the first time.
🫶 still working & enjoying creating
🍫 cravings kicking in
🥒 deep fried pickles = love
🐕 spending lots of time relaxing with Otto on the sofa
🙈 hiding in the reiki room during sound baths
🐕 Otto never far from mumma
💕 more cravings
🥤 caffeine free is the new way forward
