There are moments in life when we sense guidance not outside of us, but around us and within us. This intimate retreat (limited to six people) is a gentle yet powerful invitation to deepen your connection with your spirit guides, soul lineage, healing capabilities and ancestral wisdom — in a grounded, safe, and beautifully held space.

This is not intuition basics.
This is not surface level understanding.
This is not a passive experience.

It’s a bespoke, immersive day designed to help you strengthen your own spiritual discernment and intuition.

I am who I am and how I am. I offer real, practical spirituality which, I think, make it accessible to others, especially those who aren’t sure where their journey is going. I am so proud of the inclusive and beautiful community we are cultivating at the healing space.

A morning of making 🍞🌟✨🌱

Sourdough bread loaf this morning at home & then into the unit to create some bespoke essential oil sprays- 1 protection spray for a client whose has run out from March, and 4 Fire Horse Energy sprays off the back of my in-person workshop last week! These sprays incorporate the essential oils discussed to help harness the energy of the year 🔥

Sprays are such a great way to use essential oils in your energy field- great for clearing, aligning and general smell without rolling it onto you physically, which is awesome if you’re someone who can be a bit sensitive.

A lot, but I thought if I do it all in one post, you’ll be able to see exactly what I do and who it would benefit.

As always, I have used every single one of these treatments in my own healing journey, and then gone on to train in and develop and understand them deeper so that I can deliver them to all of you.

Reiki helped me understand my self worth and find my inner calm. ✨
Past life regression helped me overcome my fear of dying. ✨
Exploring the Akashic records helped me understand and release my need for control. ✨
Oracle cards continually provide me insight into my shadow work and help me communicate with my spirit team. 💕

Wow- we had no idea how popular this night would be!

Unfortunately the £10 tickets including the sound bath, facial and meditation are completely sold out! Many thanks to those who bought the tickets to support the Centre fund and all that we do out here at Henstead Arts & Crafts!

However, there is still lots going on from 4:30-7pm that you can absolutely come and check out! We’ve got cakes and coffees and teas, discounted clothing, kids crafts & sweet treats, women-owned businesses to support & oracle card readings on offer too!

One of my incredible clients took this photo at last nights spirit communication group, and her message made me cry.

Often I’m the one snapping the photos, which means it’s very rare you actually see me doing what I do in the moment.

I had no idea this was being taken, and I love that it just looks like I’m one of the group- because I am.

I absolutely love walking alongside everyone at these workshops- I get to experience them too, I get to learn from all of you. Yes, I am delivering the information and holding the space but that doesn’t mean I’m not learning- quite the opposite, in fact. In the spiritual space, there is always something new to learn and experience, shifting perspectives and opening of minds & pathways that are so special.

As usual, thank you to everybody who came out to last nights event. I appreciate you endlessly.

So much on and tickets still available for most- Ladies Night is sold out but extra experiences are being added for those who want to come out prior to the facials/sound bath and meditation.
