Another great parents’ evening at Thomas Cantilupe Primary School! 😊

It was fantastic to support families with health promotion, including healthy eating activities, dental health advice, and signposting for referrals where needed. 🦷🍎

So important to keep these conversations going early to help children build healthy habits for life. Always a pleasure to work with such an engaged school community! 👏

Herefordshire School Nursing Service had a fantastic time at St Thomas Cantilupe’s parents’ evening! 🏫✨

Denzel the Dragon was very impressed – thanks to all the children’s hard work, his teeth are now sparkling clean! 🐉🦷😁

We loved seeing everyone and can’t wait to do it all again on Monday! 📅

Hereford Community Farm are running a series of FREE family days where you and your family can take part in nature-based activities, arts and crafts and games as well as meet some animals, follow the nature trail and enjoy a free lunch!

These sessions especially welcome children and young people with SEND.

What a fantastic day at the Family Festival yesterday. Our amazing School Nursing and Health Visiting Public Health teams were out in force - chatting with families and sharing health advice and showing everyone the vital work we do to support children and young people across our schools. It was a real highlight to see our team with the community and even catching up with the Mayor
