My landlord is selling my building on Church Street

I thought I’d found somewhere but I need more security than 28 days notice to vacate.

I’m looking for a small unit / shop . Ideally 2 rooms but will consider one large if the correct space .

Only license requirements wiI need washable floors & sink in room or plumbing to fit one!
