Every Wednesday 9:30-12:30 at Much Birch Community Hall (The Maple Room), Much Birch, Hereford HR2 8HT (Next to the Dr's Surgery)

Just bring in your troublesome devices and I will either diagnose and fix on the spot, or arrange to take it away (or come to you) to repair.
โ€ข Drop in session, no need to book
โ€ข Bring along your laptop/phone/printer etc...
โ€ข Diagnose and repair small issues
โ€ข Bigger issue; leave device with me for repair
โ€ข Advice, support and training
ยฃ10 per small fix. Bigger jobs can be booked in
(to be discussed at the time and repaired later).
Just like my one-to-one sessions or workshops, it'll all be very relaxed with no mumbo-jumbo techy-speak. Just turn up and I'll take a look.

Running a home is hard enough. Remembering which bins go out which week shouldnโ€™t be another job.
Hereโ€™s how to set automatic, recurring reminders on both Android and iPhone โ€” super simple, no apps needed.

๐Ÿ“ฑ On Android (Samsung, Pixel, Motorola etc.)
- Open Calendar
- Create Event (e.g., โ€œBlack Bin Outโ€)
- Tap Does Not Repeat โ†’ choose Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, or Custom
- Set the day and time you want the reminder
- Hit Save

Perfect for:
- Black bin every 2 weeks
- Recycling every 2 weeks (opposite week)
- Garden waste on its own schedule

Have you ever received a call from someone claiming to be from your bank, telling you there is an "urgent issue" with your account? Scammers are becoming incredibly convincing, but you can stay one step ahead with these simple steps:

1. Don't be polite, hang up immediately. If a call feels unexpected or pressured, just end it. A genuine bank will never mind you hanging up to stay safe.
2. Wait 10 minutes (or use a different phone). Fraudsters sometimes stay on the line to "intercept" your next call. Waiting ensures the line is actually clear.
3. Call them back on a trusted number. Never use a phone number given to you by the caller. Instead, use the number on the back of your bank card or the official one from the bankโ€™s verified website.
4. Dial 159. In the UK, you can dial 159 to be securely connected to the fraud department of most major banks.

While the easiest way to reach your bankโ€™s fraud team is often by dialling 159, here are the direct customer service and fraud prevention numbers for the UKโ€™s most popular banks:
