A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the clinic yesterday for our Free NHS Health Checks. It was a busy, productive day dedicated to staying ahead of our health!

I'm back in my new space after a week off last week.

I've had such a lovely break, especially after the busy period of setting up I've been through.

From next week I'll be full time here at Bastion Mews, Hereford and will no longer be at the Body Clinic.
