We live in a world where we are constantly switched on, rushing from one task to another - school run, work, shopping, socialising, exercising, keeping up... I know the feeling, I lived it myself for many years.

It's incredibly easy to feel burnt out and exhausted but still feel the pressure to keep going. But we can't do that forever and taking an hour or more here and there as often as you can is vital to help us feel in control of our lives. I help people to relax, whether it's 45 minutes or a blissful 90 minutes, a regular holistic massage - swedish or deep tissue, works like magic and the benefits are endless. From relieving muscle aches or helping you sleep better, to increasing your connection with your own mind and body, a massage with me can help you.

A recent review from a lovely client who comes to me for help with the aches and pains that so many of us feel in our neck, lower back and shoulders.

A regular masssage can help improve our wellbeing immensely - reducing stress and anxiety, helping to clear those niggling headaches and make us feel 'lighter' and happier in ourselves. My aim is to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere so that you completely unwind during your treatment and enjoy every minute of it.

If you are feeling tense, overwhelmed or fighting with achey muscles, tiredness or stress then a massage will help you. Please do contact me if you would like to book in - with appointments from 30 minutes, up to 90 minutes, from back neck and shoulders, through to a full body massage, there will be something that helps you.

Sharing a cabin selfie taken after I'd set up for my last client... because apparently that's what you need to do 😂😬 but honestly, it's good to know who is going to greet you when you arrive and what it will look/feel like when you come in. It can be a nerve wracking experience visiting a strange place with someone you likely haven't met before, popping your clothes off and jumping on the couch....

So here I am, in my cabin, with my couch 😊

If it's your first appointment we'll have a quick chat and go through your consultation form, talk about what you are hoping from the massage (any particular areas you want to target, areas to avoid, whether it's purely relaxation, pressure etc) and I'll then leave you to undress to your comfort level and come back a few minutes later to start your massage. At the end I'll let you know I've finished and step out so that you can get dressed in peace and quiet.

Then it's time to head home and relax and dream about your next massage ❤

I decided to take the plunge... from April 2024 I will officially be a full time massage therapist. It's both terrifying and exciting. Over the last 18 months I've completely and utterly fallen in love with this job - I never really understood the saying 'find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life' but I feel so lucky to have found something that just doesn't feel like work, it's a joy. Maybe the piles of washing feel a bit like hard work, but it goes with the territory🙄😂

I am just at the start of my journey and I'm so excited to share it with you. There is so much more to learn and new clients to meet .... I can't wait to meet you all.

Now to the important bit...from next week, through to the end of April, I'll be offering 20% off appointments of 60mins or above. Spread the word!
