Throwback to 2023 when I’ve competed

This was my 2nd show that summer, such an amazing experience.

Dieting for 7.5 months, and then stepping on stage and embracing the whole experience.

I did not place in the top 3 but the guys there were huge. But it was not about winning, I was aware that I needed more muscle mass to be competitive.

But man, it takes courage to get there and do it for myself and for the experience.

I remember how tasty was to eat that burger after almost a year without junk food.

Sometimes, I think I should get back there, one more time for myself.

Do you think that I shall step on stage again?

🥮 Oatmeal Yogurt Chocolate Cake

Made this super simple baked oat cake and it turned out soft, chocolatey, and so satisfying 🤍

Ingredients:
2 eggs
50g oats
150g Greek yogurt (2%)
1 square of dark chocolate
Cinnamon
Vanilla essence

Instructions:
Mix everything together (you can blend oats for a smoother texture), pour into a small dish, and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes. That’s it.

Macros (whole cake):
~410 kcal
27g protein
35g carbs
17g fat

Perfect for breakfast or a quick dessert 🍫✨

Start weight 110.5kg -> current weight 102.9kg

Ashley came to me 3 months ago because he felt out of shape, no confidence and lack of motivation.

Immediately after we started the process, he got injured at work and couldn’t do any training.

But he kept going, because he wanted to get better no matter what.

And he lost 7.5Kg with only following the diet, because he couldn’t do any exercises.

Sometimes you can give up or keep going doing the best with what you have.

Now he’s almost recovered so we will start a new phase adding training and some cardio.

He’s a fully online client from the UK.

Four years ago, I started this journey for myself. I was curious about the mind, emotions, and how to live a more meaningful, balanced life.

What began as curiosity quickly became something much deeper.

These years were not just about studying — they were a profound personal development journey. There were highs and lows, moments of clarity, and moments where I felt completely stuck.

But through it all, it became a path of self-discovery, growth, and transformation… a new way of living.

Once you gain these tools, they stay with you. Once you truly experience change, it becomes part of who you are.

Now, I’m opening my practice and taking on counselling clients.

Two years. One decision. A completely different woman. ✨

Bianca used to hide in her clothes… avoiding mirrors, doubting herself, and believing deep down that her body could never change.

She felt stuck, uncomfortable, and disconnected from her own confidence.

She didn’t start for the perfect body, but she started to feel better.

I’m thrilled to announce the start of my collaboration with , and I’m truly looking forward to this new journey.

My goal is to bring all my knowledge, energy, and experience to the club members and deliver a premium personal training experience tailored to each individual.

Full Leg Workout 👇

Swipe to get the Warm up notes from my squat session.

Today’s training is focused on squat patterns following by hamstring curls.

I prefer to not overload my back again with a hip hinge movement like RDLs after squatting. And I do the hip hinge movements on a different day with leg extension.

This way I can focus on one thing at the time without compromising the other.

It works for me and that’s the most important.

There is an optimal number, but there is REALITY too.

Lack of professionalism in Romanian gyms 🛑

Personal trainers who use or speak at their phones with the client beside them.

It is really pi***ng me off when I see it…

It is not acceptable to be so disrespectful towards a client who’s paying you.

Or I noticed some PTs who are talking so much during a session, more than the client who’s paying for the hour.

If you are a PT and feel to talk so much about you, go for therapy because that is not your time, that hour is your clients’.

And I saw so many things not done well by PTs… they keep to learn more, be more professional, rise their standards and stop treating this profession as a “easy money job”.
