Much Birch Surgery have set up a page as a means of information sharing. Please note, this cannnot be used for patients to communicate with the practice. This must continue to be done in the usual manner by telephoning the practice.

We are currently making changes to how we operate and a full statement will be published tomorrow, however in the next few days please can we ask that you only contact the surgery for urgent queries.

The number of incoming and outgoing calls has increased significantly due to the current situation but our telephone system is being upgraded as we speak in order to meet our needs, so please bear with us for the next day or so.

If you think you have symptoms of Covid-19 please do not come to the surgery. Please follow the information given by NHS England.
