March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.

Ovarian cancer can affect anyone with ovaries, and the symptoms are often vague and easy to overlook. Persistent bloating, feeling full quickly, pelvic or abdominal pain, and needing to urinate more often are signs to be aware of. Especially if they're new, frequent, or ongoing.

Knowing the symptoms and trusting your instincts can make a real difference. If something doesn't feel right, speak to your GP.
