The Baton of Hope is more than a walk — it’s a national movement. A symbol of hope carried across the UK to spark conversations, break the silence, and bring light to those who need it most. 💛

📍 Here’s the official route map for Hereford, showing the journey through key landmarks including Hereford Medical Centre, the Railway Station, and County Hospital — culminating near Castle Green. The baton will begin its journey after arriving at the colleges via a scheduled tractor run!
