We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our multiple award-winning team. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide vital support to individuals in care homes and through home care services—helping to ensure their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.
If you have a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, and mobility.
Follow personalised care plans tailored to each individual.
Keep accurate records and report any changes in residents’ health or needs.
Engage residents in conversation and activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Maintain a safe, clean environment by following health and safety standards.
Travel to clients’ homes, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
What We’re Looking For
Previous care experience (desirable but not essential).
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic IT skills for record-keeping.
A valid driving licence or a bike.
A team player who can also work independently.
Compassion, reliability, and a genuine commitment to excellent care.
