Ever had that awful twang in your when you’re walking down a staircase or a hill?Getting repeated pain when twisting your knee? Does it catch you off guard and you can’t quite locate the pain?An important thing to make sure if that your keep the knee as mobile as possible, we well as maintaining muscle strength. Assessment of the knee is important to try and gauge whether there is an issue with the ligaments or meniscus, and whether further investigation is needed.
