Allowing sound to move through the body without performance, without perfection, and without the boxes I’ve been taught to stay inside - is something I’ve been exploring intuitively.

Hazrat Inayat Khan said, “Sound is the medicine of the future.” And science is beginning to echo what mystics have always known - humming and vocal toning stimulate the vagus nerve, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and influences the body & brain into coherence. I also feel this deeply when practicing hypnosis, meditation, conscious dance, yoga — really feeling the body - mind - spirit re- balance into a harmonious state where life force can flow, where trust in my ability to expand my consciousness and rewrite old stories are possible …that in-between trance state is truly powerful. And that’s why I feel deeply called to share these gifts - to help others recognise their capacity to heal themselves, and immerse themselves in these nourishing practices for the highest good.

Friday the 13th is a "witchy" day that was historically viewed as a sacred, magical, and feminine day rather than unlucky. It merges Friday (ruled by Venus/Freya) with the number 13 (lunar cycles, divine femininity), but was rebranded as "cursed" by patriarchy to suppress pagan, goddess-focused power.

We shared sound healing, & meditations and along with a womb centred somatic yoga & dance practice, I led us through imprinting some powerful affirmations and intentions.

“I reclaim my power”

“I honour my womb space and my divine femininity”

“I trust my intuition”

How will you reclaim your power back?

Grateful for the powerf women in my life 💖

‘Its worth the effort to travel - it gets us out of our comfort zones, we become someone who isnt the labels in our everyday life - we become a human in motion, living in the moment, navigating new lands - it always reminds me how strong and resourceful I am, when I travel somewhere and realise I can easily navigate new challenges when I trust myself, treat those around me with kindness, and oftentimes I have relied on a kind stranger to give me directions or advice, and it shows us our humanity’ words by Elle 💚

I got tired of hearing people say "It's not my problem"
or "There's nothing I can do about it, it's just how things are" or "You're going to get into serious trouble for standing up for human and animal rights"

And so this year, I am taking further action - with the hope of making peaceful activism something that is normalised, visible, and truly embraced within our local communities in Sussex.

I’m taking the first step in the hope of meeting and connecting with like-minded people and local activists who care about the environment, animals, and our communities - with the aim of growing this into meaningful gatherings, community-led ideas, and impactful events.

This is a place for hope, ideas, learning and action.

We can all share positive things that are happening, and also highlight issues to raise awareness. Individuals are also welcome to share their own events that relate, whether that's a seed swap event, volunteering oppurtunities, or an event that advocates for peace, animals and equality (i.e. themed workshops).

I urge people to step up and use their devices with purpose - this is yours and your children's futures. We must create purposeful spaces where we can come together not only to address the mental health crisis, but also the crises unfolding all around us, and work together to turn ideas for change into a living, breathing reality.

Let’s make hope normal again.

I’m so excited (and honestly quite emotional) to finally share this with you.

This vlog is one of the most meaningful pieces I’ve ever created - a journey through the ancient lands of Greece, now modern-day Turkey, exploring the breathtaking ruins of beautiful Temples, including one of the Seven Wonders Of The World.

As a blind traveler, I experience these places not solely through sight, but through all my senses and the images described by others: sound, touch, imagination, and feeling. In this film, I sing among ancient temples, reflect on forgotten goddesses, and ask quiet, and big philosophical questions about our shared human story.

Standing among ruins thousands of years old, I was reminded how deeply interconnected we truly are - across time, culture, and history.

Storytelling, travel, philosophy, and creative expression are all parts of who I am, and this piece brings them together in a way that feels very close to my heart.

If you’d like to watch, I’ve placed the link in the comments below.
And I’d love to know - what places in the world make you feel most connected to something bigger than yourself?

One minute it was birdsong and sunlight on water. The next, it was gunshots.

This morning, I walked a familiar route - I tried to walk fast but froze in amongst my anger in response to what was hearing.

Just moments earlier, I was standing by this stream with Casper:

And as I found myself on track again, the shooting continued getting louder and closer until it felt like it was vibrating violently through me.

There was whistling and shouting amongst a couple groups of people with their guns firing again and again.

And I felt powerless - for the animals being shot, bred on this land only to be killed. Fear took over. Everything was so close, so chaotic, so overwhelming that I didn’t know what to do.

The shooters sounded like they were having fun.
Not thinking about the wildlife they were terrifying and killing.

I couldn’t hear the birdsong for a while after.

Because birds don’t sing when there is danger nearby.
They weren’t thinking about walkers nearby. Not thinking about people with PTSD, war veterans, autistic children and adults, or anyone for whom sudden gunfire is genuinely traumatic.

And the hardest part?
It’s shooting season. This is legal.
And I’m exhausted by hearing:“It's not my problem.” “That's just how things are.”“Nothing’s going to change.”

Because things only stay the same when we stop believing that change can happen.

We do have choices. We can vote for systems that protect life instead of exploiting it.
We need animals for biodiversity, not for blood sport.

Right now, I don’t have all the answers. I’ve thought about petitions - and have found that even those with over 100,000 signatures are brushed aside by our government with claims that shooting “benefits conservation.”

The Green Party in the UK does advocate for restricting and ending many forms of wildlife shooting, as part of stronger animal welfare and environmental protection.

I’m asking you to care.
Because if you don’t - who will?
If we don’t fight for the world we want, what kind of world are we choosing to accept?

Following my last post, I have uploaded a video talking more about animals, protecting them and our planet, and personal stories on why this is something so deeply close to my heart.

I am a hollistic practioner sharing somatic practices to help deepen people's awareness, and connections to nature and all beings, but this call to speak up for animals who cannot speak up for themsleves is getting louder and louder.

I am proud f my sensitivties,
and my courage to post things like this.

The world needs more empathy.

All animals are sacred.
The land is sacred.

We have to care.

Please share, and sign the petition in my last post!

*PROTECT our planet and other beings. Hey everyone. If you could spare a few minutes to read for me please. Very important. Thank you. 🙏

Someone shared a petition about Fairy Liquid and similar products - they state on the back that they are ‘harmful to all aquatic life.’ If you have a moment, please consider signing.

This goes so much deeper than one product. We need to be conscious about everything we consume - cleaning products (including bleach), cosmetics (many still tested on animals), and of course - what we eat. The dairy and meat industries are deeply cruel and destructive to the animals, planet and our bodies.

It starts with each one of us to make a difference. We can’t say we care about the environment and animal rights while continuing to fund industries that harm animals and destroy ecosystems. That may sound dramatic and it is - it’s the reality.

OUR MONEY is our vote.

We don’t need most of these products or practices. Many are harmful to our bodies too: chemicals, processed foods, and the overconsumption of animals all contribute to disease and imbalance.

I’m tired of hearing “I love animals” while animals continue to suffer for convenience. If we truly love them, our actions HAVE TO reflect that.

I share this with love, not judgement - as much as I humanly can - oh and that word ‘humane’?

Can it really be humane to kill a living being in an ‘ethical way?’ HOW can we expect this world to grow in empathy and care if there are literal legal jobs out there where people are violently taking lives and the masses are funding them to do it? There are legitimate HALAL meat festivals happening everywhere multiple times a year. WHY IS THIS DEEMED NORMAL?

There is a silent war happening and it feels like NO ONE is speaking up - we have all played a part.

There is so much to undo, but we can start somewhere, if we care. Small, conscious changes matter. I am not perfect but I try my best - but I feel I need to do more, so I am posting this.

When I was younger, my pet goat was killed in front of me so it could be eaten. Trust me - there is no ethical, HALAL or humane way to kill. I’ve seen and heard enough animals be killed within my orbit to understand that this is violent, and there is no humane way to do it.

I have always been made to feel ‘sensitive’ ‘outspoken’ as if these are bad qualities to have — but now I recognise these are the very qualities the world needs and I stand proud with these qualities.

The world needs more sensitivity - if we continue to switch off from sensitivity, then empathy will cease to exist. AND THE WORLD NEEDS EMPATHY.

The earth gives us so much already - there is so much abundance without having to abuse animals and Mother Earth.

I write this with a lot of pain in my heart - i I have a deep connection with animals and feel called to protect those who cannot protect themselves.

So this is a call to all brothers and sisters, friends, and family:
Even if you consume things I protest against, I still send you love, because once I was that person who didn’t have a choice. I simply hope that, there’s room in your heart to consume less that harms nature and other beings.
i hope you have room in your heart to consider making small changes that can make a big difference. And I hope you have room in your heart to teach your children about love for all sacred beings and the earth : including looking after our lands, and the importance of rewilding and restoring our ecosystems instead of destroying our gardens and green spaces (this is in reference to mowed lawns and planting non native/ or invasive species that do not serve the environment).

A part of me feels hopeless, but I refuse to be silent and instead use my voice in hope for change. Even if 1 person sees this and decides to embark on this journey of natural living alongside me, then at least that’s something. Because that 1 person will isolate another, and that other person will inspire another. 🌀

Animals are sacred. The land is sacred. We can do better and we must.

Dear Fairy Liquid Team,We are the Eco Council at Rathfern Primary School in London, and we are writing to you today because we believe you can and should change your formula so it does not harm aquatic life. We were upset to learn that on the back of Fairy Liquid bottles, in very small print, it say...
