By holding a space for the body to be heard, it begins to unwind itself from various traumas, aches, pains, and discomforts—ranging from the physical, emotional, to spiritual—stimulating its natural healing capacity. This process allows for letting go, readjusting, restoring, revitalising ultimately overcoming imbalances to restored healthy sense of wellness. I offer in-person or remote/distant Craniosacral therapy. Are you sitting down for too many hours? In need of exercise? I also offer Pilates for toning, balancing, and strengthening - exercise through the emphasising of a physiological lens. Alternatively, would you prefer a more holistic approach through Yoga? This includes Asanas and introspection with meditative practices. Or, if you prefer an intuitive approach, you can join one of my Intuitive Circles, where we engage in deepening our capacity of connecting to our intuition. Or some mindful and intentional meditative practices with visualisations. These could includes harnessing the power of colour frequencies and Fengshui towards an aligned sense of manifestation. This tradition focuses on creating expressive movement phrases with rhythms, intensity, inter-spatial understanding, and wording—a physical language with its own grammar, vocabulary, and punctuation that I would love to share with anyone interested. As a mother of three, I bring a patient, loving, and encouraging outlook. I am enthusiastic, passionate, and creative by nature, enjoying all kinds of creative and interactive endeavours. I was born into a community life catering for the disabled along a Steiner philosophy. My 12 years in the theatre arts have offered me multiple chances to develop strengths alongside group dynamics, composition, improvisation, flexibility, creativity, inventiveness, and perseverance. Meanwhile, my 18 years plus in the well-being industry have helped me look at core processes and compassionate approaches towards problem-solving, overcoming traumas, and wellness. With my 30 years of spiritual journeying, I've opened up new horizons inwardly towards upliftment.
