The final day of 2025 invites us all to pause and reflect.
What did this year bring you?
What challenges did you overcome?
Did you discover something about yourself that you’d never realised before — perhaps just how strong and determined you are, or how much love you have to give, and how beautifully that love has been returned?
The year began at a gallop for me, with Akashic Records training starting in January. It was full steam ahead with training, clients, shows and appearances, and the momentum carried me forward.
In February, my brother and I received the news that my mum would need to move from her home of 25 years by April. This was huge for her — it was the place where my dad spent his final days. With Mum having had two strokes, we were understandably concerned about how this might affect her health. Thankfully, there was no need to worry. Within a month we found her a little bungalow near me, and by April she was happily settled in.
Life has continued to shift, and I’ve had to learn to adapt. My children are no longer really children; they’re beginning to spread their wings. With that comes new conversations — about relationships, self-worth, careers, and finding direction.
One of my biggest takeaways from this year has been the importance of community. While my spiritual world has long been my home and my community (largely online), I found something new locally through bell ringing in my village. I’ve been a bit of a hermit over the past few years, and this has gently brought me back into physical connection and shared space. And the bells themselves are simply beautiful to hear.
Running has always been part of my life, and I’ve covered hundreds of miles throughout 2025 — soaking in the countryside and the many creatures that inhabit it. In October, a foot injury forced me to slow down. My body was talking to me, and I had to listen, ease off, and learn to pace myself. Glad to be back running as you can see from the picture below.
This year has also been filled with magic and wonder. My journeys into the Akashic Records have brought deep learning and understanding, much of which I’ve shared along the way. The group and individual journeys have been powerful, healing and profound.
Then there are my soul friends — those who have been there forever, and who I did manage to see this year. You know who you are 😊 And to those I didn’t catch up with, my intention is to see you in 2026.
Thank you to everyone who has followed along, joined in, and worked with me. You have helped me grow and evolve on this spiritual path.
