Happy Sunday, everyone!!

I hope your weekend has been restful and joyful. I have had a few days where the universe has wanted me to slow down and at one point just stop. I felt a little under the weather but I also know that when these times occur, it is a time of recalibration.

The previous weekend I had popped back to Sussex to reconnect with old friends and lovely soul family from my groups. It was so joyful and warming to see everyone. These journeys always show me a little insight into who I am and who I was. Perhaps this has what has created a time of pause and stillness. In stillness the answers come so much easier on how to move forward and what the next steps will be.

That clarity will coming to all of you too. The path unfolding, the action you need to take. There is a New Moon in Aries this week and that will definitely be a time of planting the seeds for the next chapter in your life. New moons; new beginnings.

The energies may be a little reflective too as New Moons can bring that element but to me, it is a magical time to manifest and believe in your dreams.

I'm off out to walk the dog across the fields soon, take in the fresh air (and believe me it is very fresh here on the farm!) and see what beautiful creatures cross my path.

Happy Sunday, everyone!

Wow, what a shift in weather in the UK. We have had wind, hail storms and rain. It feels a little cold.

Nevertheless, the colours of spring lift our spirits. I've felt a little under the weather since Wednesday so I needed to rest. Nothing major, just sometimes the body tells us to slow down as something is shifting and releasing.

Yesterday, Lauren decided to take me up to the Malvern Hills for a little walk. It is an incredibly busy time of year for the Malvern's but we managed to find a space and we trekked up the very windy Black Hill and along the top. Viewing British Camp and the vista of Hereford, Worcester and Gloucester all around us. Very exhilarating and breath taking. The views always amaze me. We experienced a little hail storm and then back to sunshine and wind but it definitely blew the cobwebs away.

I had realised that in the last few walks with Shadow that I had not connected with the wildlife as I normally do. I usually see a myriad of Birds of Prey, finches, rabbits and field mice. I stopped on the farm track to ask the Universe why. As I tuned in, I heard the words, "It was a time to disconnect and realign your frequency". Interesting, as I had felt this need to rest and realign. Just at that moment a Red Kite appeared to my left, circling as it came lower into the field. Almost putting on a display just for me. I stood for ages watching as he caught the air currents and elegantly descended and then soared upwards again.

It followed me home and as I stood at my doorstep, it circled and came closer. Then it suddenly dropped whatever it was holding in it's talons, dived straight down to catch the prey. I've never witnessed this first hand. An absolutely remarkable display of aerial skills. He continued this drop and catching routine several times before flying into the fields. I almost felt as though it was a message of perfecting skills, staying agile and focused.

Next week we will see a Full Moon on 1st April in Libra. This will be a time of letting go and perhaps addressing relationships that need re-balancing. What lovely weather we are experiencing here in the UK. The energies this week are very much about re-organising and decluttering your life. You may have even started that spring cleaning.

We are officially in Spring and it has definitely sprung in Herefordshire. The sun is shining, the flowers are blooming, the lawn is mowed. The patio set is out and I am ready to sit outside and do some work to soak in the sun.

Sunday's are the day I find my most creative and inspiring. After a week of beautiful journeys in to the Akashic Records. It is my time to reflect upon those journeys and all that it has shown me. Friday we ventured over to Ludlow Castle. A place I had never been before. An absolutely beautiful place with the ruins providing lots of intrigue. I love how the buildings were constructed but more than that the people who would have lived, worked and passed through the Castle. It is positioned high up on the hill with views for miles around. My girls found the staircases a little daunting. twisting and narrow as they spiralled the building. Nothing compared to the belfry stairs that we climb to bell ring.

Life can be a bit of a spiral staircase - as you turn one corner there's another set of stairs to climb. It's so important to remember that it is about the journey not the destination. Enjoy each step and remember to look at the view.

New Moon Manifesting 🌑💫⭐

This week we see the New Moon in Pisces so Dream BIG. What do you want to create for the future? This is a great moon to manifest under.

Not only that we have the Spring/Autumn Solstice depending on where you are in the world. I love the change of seasons and the fact that the flowers are blooming and so are you. AND.... big news, Mercury goes direct on the 20th March, the same day as the solstice. I know we are in the shadow period but it will be much easier to communicate once this planet starts moving forward.

It is Mother's Day here in the UK. Wishing you all a wonderful day. I am off to make my mum a lovely cream tea and indulge myself.
