Reflecting and Re-assessing Life - Mercury Retrograde comes in on 26th February and we are in the shadow period. This is a time to pause, and really consider your life path.

We sit today in a 222 portal energy too - a wonderful day to really feel into what you truly wish to manifest and put it out there into the Universe. These energies have been up and down but in between the intensity there is magic.

The endings that we are seeing are meant to be so focus only on the positives in your life. That is not that we overlook or ignore what is going on but to stay focused on bringing good vibes and peace.

If you have been like I have the last few days have been about resting and just allowing to see what unfolds. Perhaps you have felt exhausted. Just know this is the universe slowing you up to pay attention and re-evaluate.

I ran this morning early and there was not a soul in sight. There was a feeling of spring in the air as it felt warmer and the sun was shining. My cheeks were definitely glowing and the snowdrops and daffodils were lining the lanes where I ran. The Buzzard swooped overhead moving from one tree to another. A sign to take a higher perspective of life and see the bigger picture.

This is a time of a great reset, maybe even wiping the slate clean and starting over. You may not know what your new path is at this time. It's ok. Give yourself permission to sit in the energies, take that higher perspective until the answers come. That answer may come this week maybe around the 27th as the sun conjuncts North Node.

New Moon Solar Eclipse Incoming

Oh my goodness!!! The energies are intensifying as we head towards the 17th and 20th February. Big changes may be occurring in your life or you feel on the brink of a shift. This is happening to everyone. The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius is a chance to start over, wipe the slate clean and maybe reinvent yourself.

These energies are huge. I had to take myself out yesterday for a 5 mile run just to ground my energies. You may need to rest, ground or exert and shift some energies. Know this shift is humanity shifting perspective and for everyone's greatest and highest good.

The sun did shine yesterday and brought a sense of clarity, which it may have done for you too. A path forward, which felt easier and in flow. What old parts of you have you been holding on to that now need to be let go of. I always find these eclipses are more like Full Moon energy due to the intensity of them pushing you into new beginnings.

This is a magical time and the birdsong is louder and the mornings are getting lighter along with the evenings. The snowdrops are plentiful and a huge white heron stood proudly in the field statuesque and elegant. A sign of purity and transformation. This is a time to cleanse, create and learn and set the scene for the next few months that lie ahead. Ignore the outside noise and focus on your dreams and goals.

Change is Coming - can you feel it.

Are you feeling restless? Are you feeling as though something big is coming and life is about to change? It's all the astrology at the moment.

We have have got Saturn ( planet of structure and discipline) moving into fiery Aries this week. This will mean a time of wanting to take action and even taking risks; it is a time to be the leader in your life. You can definitely feel. it. With Neptune (planet of spirituality) who has already made the move into Aries (something we have never experienced in this lifetime) there is a redefining of the world as we know it along with a rebirth.

It is a very exciting time for humanity as a whole. It may not feel like it but remember there is always calm after the storm.

This weekend I was very proud to be presented with my certificate from the Guild of Bellringers. I have been ringing for six months now and it is such a joyous hobby. I am now officially a member and look forward to many, many years of ringing. It has brought me into a new community of people who are so lovely and we have so much fun.

My walks and runs have been surrounded by so many lovely birds this week. The Sparrowhawk continues to hover overhead, along with a beautiful Red Kite and the Buzzards are a plenty. We have Gold Finches in the field along with Blue T**s and Jenny Wrens. It's so lovely to see them all and whilst trapsing through the fields yesterday, I caught something out of the corner of my eye rustling through the undergrowth. As I stood still, I saw it dart under my right wellington boot and hide under a clump of large grass blades. It thought I could not see it, so I stood very still to see a tiny vole then dash towards it's underground home. It made me giggle as I said hello to the little creature. I'm sure the dog thought I was going made as he desperately searched around to see who I was talking to.

Full Snow Moon Blessings everyone.

Wow it is an incredible day. Not only do we have the Full Moon in Leo coming in today but it is a new month and Imbolc. A time when we celebrate the returning of light and the signs that spring is on the way. It is that halfway point between the winter and the spring.

Full moons are all about releasing. Releasing the habits, behaviours, patterns and people that just are not serving, that may be holding you back. 'Let it go; let it go', I can hear you all singing 🎵🎶🎤It's a time of writing down all of those things and offering it up to the universe by either burning your list (safely) or ripping it all up!!

This Full Moon feels particularly big for illuminating the things that make you happy. Leo is the Sun card in the tarot. So what is stopping you having fun?

Happy Sunday, everyone.

It feels as though there has been a shift in energies. It suddenly feels lighter today. As we stepped into this Aquarius season last week, it is still a time of preparing and organising. But get yourself prepared as the life is going to take off really quickly when February hits, particularly after the Full Moon energies at the beginning of February.

This morning I did the normal 5 mile run and the sun was shining, the birds were singing and the sparrowhawk still continues to appear, fluttering around the field next to the house. I passed the church where I go bell ringing and a little voice in my head told me to research the meaning of St. Margaret of Antioch (the name of the church). So I did a little research of my own to find out that she was the patron saint of childbirth, nurses and pregnant women. Often depicted as emerging from a dragon, symbolizing triumph over evil. As legend goes she was imprisoned for not wanting to marry a Roman prefect and renouncing her faith and, it was said, that she was swallowed by a dragon (Satan) but the cross she carried caused the dragon to disgorge her unharmed. She was also said to have spoken to Joan of Arc. She is celebrated on 20th July. I am not quite sure why spirit wanted me to know this but I am sure the reason will become clear. Perhaps the date is significant. There is always a reason.

Whilst walking the dog in the fields, I could hear the distant ring of the church bells, such a magnificent sound echoing across the village and beyond. Serenaded as I enjoyed the heat of the sun on my face whilst the dog chased whatever he chases through the long grass.
