The Blessings of the Akashic Records

I have been working with a client for a little while now and it has been an incredible journey. When we first met, she admitted that she had never been able to feel deeply or emotionally. She had grown up physically punished and abused. Something she had never been able to confront until we worked within the Akashic Records. She has for some time now had issues with circulation in the legs and hands and had found it very painful to move around. They had been a purple colour for a few years.

When we spoke the other day, she broke down in tears of joy and relief at the work that she had done was now impacting her life in a positive way. The pain has eased considerably and the colour, although still a little purple seems does not reflect that pain.
She had spent many years not loving herself and this is what she had to say:

“I realised that I have been in a physical, mental and emotional prison. I know that during the time before being on this inner journey through the Akashic Records have been on parole, waiting to break free and I am now ready to be let out of my prison.
My nerves had been fried for far too long which had made my nervous system collapse. I had become accustomed to a way of life that was painful, and I have now woken up to knowing that the answer lay in seeking a divine solution.

The pain that was at 100% is now only 5%, I feel joy, and I can now connect emotionally with so many things and people that I had not been able to do.

I am truly grateful for all that the Guides and Archangels have done within the Akashic Records to help my soul heal.

I wanted to cry with joy with her. It was a very emotional moment.

Time for Self-care!!

How was yesterday for you all? Was it emotional? Was it intense? It is going to feel a little bit like a rollercoaster ride up until the next New Moon in Virgo (the second New Moon I might add for Virgo). Then the partial solar eclipse will break us out of this tunnel of uncomfortable energy. Just remember, it is showing you the way; what doesn't serve you and what you need to change in your life. It's about releasing, releasing, releasing. Take this opportunity to be grateful for all that you are shown. I know it may be tough going, but be gentle on yourself and others, as they are feeling these energies too.

On another note, my run this morning was a little cooler and very pleasant as the sun rose, a dewy mist held over the fields. It felt fresh and as I ran back home the farmers were already busy sorting the harvested potatoes. It is a throng of activity here on the farm. The geese are also back as they fly low, they always sound as though they are laughing.

Full Moon Blessings everyone! How are the energies for you?

The Full Moon in Pisces Lunar Eclipse arrives this evening here in the UK. But what a day it has been. I managed to get out for my early morning run before the rain and thunder started. My run takes me on the back lanes and through a lovely little village. I met the man with the horses again. He was preparing them for the weather and putting their jackets on as I ran passed them through the fields and we exchanged pleasantries. I hopped over a style and back onto the lanes home where I came across these gorgeous fairy toadstools by this magical tree. I just had to stop and take a photo (see below). Reminding us that there is magic to be found in the most unusual of places. A message from the universe to be in gratitude for magical things around us.

I then decided it might be a good idea to get the dog out for his morning walk and as we walked the rain gently fell and the thunder rumbled in the distance. It was actually very exhilarating. A cleansing of the old ready to bring in the new. Very apt with this Full Moon energy. "Let go and let God" was all I could think about. Surrender to what was. This is a time to create new, wonderful things. What are your dreams that you want to create and how do you wish to create them?

The Newsletter is out today. It is a great way to keep in touch of the upcoming events. I have some new programs, groups and training coming up in the next month or so, so keep your eyes peeled 👀.
