Forward, Onwards and Upwards

We are now preparing for two major planets to move direct, Mercury on 29th November and Saturn on 28th. What does this mean? It means we will feel thing shift a gear and not feel so stuck.

These last few weeks with all these retrograde energies may have felt quite difficult for some of you. It may have felt as though you had been thrust back in time. But only ever for your greatest and highest good.

This is a wonderful time to do deeper healing work and that means being prepared to look at the triggers. It means being prepared to question situations that arise that have spiked emotions and created discord in your life. When you are prepared to look at these energies and discern what belief is playing out in our life, you are ready to learn, heal and let go of that past version of you. But only you can do that.

Yes, it's been a rollercoaster ride but know that it is creating something wonderful ahead, but only if you choose to shift those negative thoughts and programs into something more aligned with abundance and love.

This week's newsletter was delayed due to me doing some of my own deeper, inner work and apologies for that. It is now out and it is a great way to keep in touch, learn about offers, learn about some of the healing work that I get the honour to facilitate and get an additional message from spirit. My Sunday has been a little different today. It has been slower and I have felt the need to organise my home more efficiently. Maybe you have felt the same way too. We are tuning into those planets preparing to go stationary before they go direct.

On a Christmassy note, I went to Festive Farms yesterday to pick our beautiful Christmas tree. There is nothing like a real tree. Last year I was on a run when I decided to take a diversion to pick it. This year I took a walk across the fields and lanes being very closely watched by a Red Kite who was swooping in the air above me. I was offered the VIP treatment (the people who run the farm are so lovely and fun). This involved having access to a different part of the farm to pick a tree. As I strolled into the field it was almost as if the tree called me. When you know, you know. I turned around and stepped back to take a photo to show the girls and a little robin sat on the tree that I had picked. I knew it was my dad and he was showing his approval of the choice that I had made. I did have to smile to myself and thank him for showing up.

Good morning everyone

It’s a much better day in the Ford , and we have certainly been feeling the effects of these retrograde energies. Having been due to go to Birmingham Friday for the Mind, Body, Spirit event, I found myself not being able to go anywhere with cancelled trains, floods and road closures. But not to worry, the universe obviously had a plan and today I’m sat in the train heading northbound to the event. I’m very excited. A day for me.

There are now five planets in retrograde. This is a chance to review your life choices. You may even see people from your past coming into your life - I know I have had that this week. Twice in one day the other day. Ask yourself why they may have come into your energy attraction field. We also have a beautiful New Moon coming in on 20th November. A new beginning for sure.

I will be doing the very powerful New Moon Ceremony within the She Who Rises Membership. Come and join us to align in a beautiful meditation process where light language sounds/tones bring you back into balance ground you and align you with your path. We would love to see you there.
