What a true honour and privilege we had in recently conducting the funeral for a retired SAS hero at Hereford Cathedral. In memory of Charles (Charlie) Cullen of Leominster

With great sadness, the family of Charles Cullen announce his peaceful passing on Monday 12th January 2026 at Hereford County Hospital, surrounded by loving family, aged 71 years. Much loved father to Charmaine, Siobhan, Terry, Roisin, Gabrielle and Charles. Adored grandad to Freddie and Lily. Beloved brother to Josephine and uncle to Anastasia. There will be an intimate funeral service followed by a private burial on Tuesday 3rd February 2026, however the family would love for everyone to celebrate Charlie’s life at the White Lion, Leominster (HR6 8AE) from 2:30pm.
Charlie has requested formal dress for the service, however, as a lifelong supporter Charlie would have loved any splash of Wolverhampton Wanderers colours, i.e ties or scarves.
