As a home we hosted a Macmillan coffee morning ☕

What a lovely turn out, very kind & generous donations, cake making at it's very finest thanks to Radway Bridge Garden Centre, Jan Davies, Vicki Smith, Joanne Lynch, Claire and Pat.

A special mention to the hosts, Martin & Rachel

A very well done to Caz Parrett who set everything up and organised the morning to go amazingly 😆

Vicki did a great all around job by supporting residents to come and join us, hosting and setting up too ☺️

We managed to raise a total of £428 for the day but there are still donations open until Mid next week if you feel you would like to donate still!

Thanks to all who attended it was lovely in the sunshine too ☀️ but most importantly a great thankyou to those who put towards fundraising our Macmillan Nurses who are needed to help people with difficult times indeed! 💚

Are you ready for tomorrow's coffee morning...?

WE ARE! 😁 From 10.30am we welcome you!

Radway Garden Centre have been busy supporting our carehome to bake some delicious bakes as a very generous donation! What a fab team they are with awesome baking skills 😉! Radway Bridge Garden Centre

Staff have also been busy making/baking a selection cake 🍰

We are supporting Macmillan by hosting a coffee Morning! Please feel free to join us to enjoy a cuppa/coffee and a cake and raise some pennies that go to a great cause. 💜

As you can see lots of tea and cake to enjoy, it looks like there was plenty of dancing also 😁

Residents love getting out and about, supporting their hobbies of past times is definitely one of the best things to support and you know this was a happy time in their life and helping them to re-live great memories is very important ❤️
