I will have a rare weekday evening space coming available at the end of January. I also have some morning and afternoon space too.

Get in touch if you'd like to bring your class to Clear Space Studios and we can have a chat.

The space is light, bright, clean, build for purpose, has a beautiful Canadian maple sprung floor, and the basic equipment (such as mats, bolsters, books, and straps) are available to use (so no more lugging bags of equipment round with you).

Fridays at 10am. This moving meditation is a session for women to get together and move off whatever they need to.

Morning dear hearts,

I have been quiet over the last couple of months and have had a hiatus from running my own sessions. Sometimes, we need to focus our whole selves in a certain direction and I have been doing that. The focus being on home, transitions, and new paths to integrate.

Things are more settled now and I am turning back to running my sessions. My intention is to be back in the studio on Friday 7th November at 10am to run my Clear Space Moving Meditation. I have so missed the whole of it: the movement, the shifting stress and tension, the space to clear my thinking, but mostly I have missed the circle of women I get to be myself with.

I have space available most weeks. I have a WhatsApp group for my movement classes to where I can more effectively let my people know if there are last minute changes. If you would like to join us, message here or DM me.
