Book a session 👉 www.taravaughan.co.uk After six years in London, where she is helped a large variety of patients ranging from professional athletes, to young adults, after graduating from the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM), she now finds herself back in the idyllic Monmouthshire countryside. Throughout her life she has been doing all sorts of sports. The potential power of achieving excellent control and focus of body and mind using sports and other outdoor activities captured her interest from a very early age. Tara's great love for riding has long been the source of her deep awareness of the human body, and the magnificent abilities it has, if we just listened in. Prior to becoming a therapist, Tara worked as a private PA. Despite her high profile job, she was always drawn to the ‘workings’ of the human body and healing. Her interest in the body, lead her then to train as a certified Soft Tissue Therapist.
