This time of year is so busy and we don't always like or have time to go to the gym but it's so vital to at least do something and we all feel better for it! Keep some weights around the house and use them when you have some minutes - Sally has some simple exercises to help. Keep strong!

It's Backpain Awareness Week!
I am looking for people who suffer non-acute back pain or athletes who's back isn't letting them be the best at what they do. I'm training as a Biomechanics Coach and need some guinea pigs who would come for reduced price assessment and corrective exercises. People would come 4-5 times, being reassessed and given new exercises in between as appropriate to reduce their pain and improve their Game!
Please note that this would not involve any Chiropractic or Emmett work. Cost is £50 and sessions last about an hour.

Emotional tension leads to physical tension which may lead to biomechanical dysfunction and the need to come and see me 😃 I can personally recommend an activity at Clear Space Studio as an enjoyable way of releasing those tensions!

Small, independent businesses need help to be seen on these social media platforms. The algorithms aren't set up to assist us smaller businesses. I pay for advertising but it's the organic reach that helps most.

I am running this studio to try to offer people opportunities to help with stress and tension, improve mental health, and to build connections with other people. Even if you wouldn't ever come to the studio (and I would encourage you to because it's lovely!), could you help us keep going? In preparation for Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week starting on Monday. Good Alignment is very important but so too is the strength to maintain it. Here are some exercises you might find helpful. If you are in pain, just don't push it. Do little and often, keep mobile. Use an ice pack for 10 minutes at a time for the first 2-3 days particularly or when it has been re-irritated. When it has reduced the pain a bit you will feel more able to exercise. And get some alignment too otherwise your foundations are poor and the problem is potentially more likely to reoccur.
