She is ready!! 🤩🤩

I cannot thank my Dad and Charlie enough for the graft they put in to build this cabin over the whole of their Christmas break, I will be forever grateful to you both, thank you so much! ❤️❤️ Unfortunately, I can only take credit for the painting and the endless amount of teas and coffees 😭😂

We still have some work to do on the outside, but the cabin is ready for the new year! I cannot wait to share it with you all!

An amazing CPD Sunday spent learning and refreshing! RockTape, RockBlades and RockPods covered from the brilliant, highly experienced and knowledgeable Mike Grice

New treatments now available helping with a vast amount of problems! Taping to help with plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, postural control, tennis elbow… and the list goes on!

Also an early Christmas present from me to me with the new RockPods, another great option for Dry Cupping!

Can’t wait to start the treatments in the clinic this week! Now just to peel off the whole body taping 😭😆

It’s that time of year 😆🎄🎅🏼🎁❄️

Cannot believe how fast this year has gone, once again! I’m sure you all feel the same 😮‍💨 It has been a rollercoaster of a year, many highs along the way, but undoubtedly the lows trickled their way in now and then. But you have kept me busy week after week, which I am always so amazed and overwhelmed by! So thank you very much 😊

December is filling up fast! 📔 so please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Whether that be for an injury assessment, sports massage, exercise rehab or just some general maintenance help!

The old cabin will be officially shutting down on Friday 19th December. If all goes well 🤞🏻 we will have the stunning (if I say so myself) cabin up and ready for the year new! 🤩🎆🎉🍾

So next week will be the final week in the cabin!

Emotional to say the least. I started my business here back in 2019. I didn’t think it would work, I thought I may have the occasional appointments booked here and there and have to rely on working elsewhere for a main job…. Luckily, I was totally wrong and it couldn’t have gone any better 🥰 I’ve had the opportunity to work with such amazing people which makes every day so special, and I am praying that this will continue! 😄

The new treatment room will be a work in progress, but I am so excited to share the journey with you all,,, and so are the dogs 😆

I still have a few last minute appointments for next week if you would like your last session here! Likewise, I am taking bookings for the following weeks ahead!

I am so excited to share that we are finally moving into our new home in the next couple of weeks! 🏠

Do not worry, the new clinic is only 5 minutes down the road 🚗😄

I will be very sad to say goodbye to the cabin that I have spent the last 5 years working in, but I am so ready for a new project to begin!

I cannot wait to share it with you all ❤️

It has been such a busy start to the year, so thank you for always keeping me busy!

If you have any injuries, niggles or aches/pains that need some attention, do not hesitate to get in contact for an assessment.. Or, if you just need a deep tissue massage and a therapy session, that is also fine 😆

Bookings are around 2-3 weeks in advance at the moment. I do try to keep emergency spaces available or cancellations may pop up! 📚

About Us

MPST is a self-employed business carried out by a Graduate Sports Therapist, Molly Powis. Molly accomplished her Sports Therapy degree (BSc Honors) at the University of Gloucestershire, and is now carrying out her specialised skills within a sporting and clinical setting, including Luctonians Rugby Club.

During her 3 years at university, she worked with many different ages, sports and levels of competitions, and took on some unforgettable opportunity’s such as providing pitch-side first aid at Twickenham stadium and post-race treatments at the London Marathon. Her skills were further developed in her final year whilst working at Cinderford RFC, alongside a highly skilled Sports Therapist and Physiotherapist, in addition to treating members of the public at the university’s Sports Injury Clinic.

What is a Sports Therapist?

As stated from The Society of Sports Therapists, Sports Therapy involves the prevention of injury and rehabilitating the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.
