Mindful nature walks and how they help me find my way to my intuition.
When I walk mindfully in nature it’s like everything quiets down. I begin to hear my own thoughts and feel my own energy.
How I like to start a mindful walk:
1 Breathe in the moment - Before I begin, I take a few deep breaths and set an intention.
2 Walk Slowly - I focus on my steps and the sensation of the earth beneath me.
3 I notice my senses - I listen to the sounds, I feel the air on my skin, and observe everything without judgement.
