Sunday 9-10.15 - beginners

Monday 8-9.30 - beginners
Monday 10.30-12 - steady
Monday 6-7.30 - intermediate

Tuesday 9-10.15 - beginners
Tuesday 6.30-8 - mixed ability

Wednesday 10-12 - intermediate
Wednesday 5-6 - beginners
Wednesday 6.30-7.45 - men

Thursday 8-9.30 - early birds
Thursday 6-7 - meditation

Friday 10-12 - experienced

Saturday 10-11.30 - mixed ability

New students always welcome. Contact us to find the right level class for you.

Wye Valley Yoga is spacious and fully equipped with all kit needed. We have underfloor heating, a beautiful reception area with toilets and changing rooms.

Coffee and tea are available after class.

£10 for 75 mins
£12 for 90 mins
£14 for 120 mins
