I mean…I do try! 😂 But it’s more like 10% fully engaged Pilates workout and 90% child-dodging to avoid becoming a human shaped climbing frame every few seconds! We do eventually pull through 😅

Joking aside, there is some truth behind it. If the kids see you being active, they will most likely want to get involved too and reap the benefits of staying active early on in life. Whether you are attempting a workout at home or taking them out for a walk with you- it all adds up to creating healthy habits in the long run.

My Pilates & Playdates class is all about providing some movement time for you in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and the chance to connect with other adults without any pressure. (Not that conversation with the littles is lacking, but you understand right?) 😂

Come as you are, move at your own pace, enjoy a bit of a social, and soak up some well-deserved me time while your little ones have a chance to play 💕

You can join me on a Friday morning for a gentle, supportive Seated Stretch & Mobility class which has been designed to help you move with more ease and confidence. This class is ideal for those with limited mobility, anyone returning to movement after injury or rehabilitation, or if you’re simply looking for a slower, kinder way to stretch and stay active.

Using chair-based exercises (with options to suit all abilities), we focus on improving joint mobility, flexibility, & balance and the atmosphere is friendly and easy-going, with plenty of smiles and laughs along the way.

SEATED STRETCH & MOBILITY
📍Madley Parish Hall
🗓️Fridays at 10.30am

£11 per session or £35 for 4 block sessions

Another year, another chance to move your body in a way that feels good ✨

Pilates & Stretch classes are all about strength, mobility, all round wellbeing and community. Perfect if you’re starting again or starting for the first time ⭐️

Using small weights in Pilates gently increases muscle engagement and strength without adding bulk. They encourage control, stability, and better posture while supporting joint-friendly, balanced toning.

In my classes there is always the option to use small weights or simply create your own resistance which can be just as effective when done correctly (let me know if you would like an explanation of this one!)
