I mean…I do try! 😂 But it’s more like 10% fully engaged Pilates workout and 90% child-dodging to avoid becoming a human shaped climbing frame every few seconds! We do eventually pull through 😅
Joking aside, there is some truth behind it. If the kids see you being active, they will most likely want to get involved too and reap the benefits of staying active early on in life. Whether you are attempting a workout at home or taking them out for a walk with you- it all adds up to creating healthy habits in the long run.
