How do you motivate yourself and others?

Do you move away from pain or do you move towards pleasure?

To varying degrees, shame and punishment play a large part in society and family life. When this is the norm, one may have a tendency to be focusing on avoiding failure, discomfort, danger or disease.
The way in which we have been judged through our lives influences how we judge others and more importantly, how we judge ourselves.
When we consider all of this, we can make a conscious choice to change how we relate to the world and those around us. Focusing on the positive aspects of life creates a positive vibration within us. The more we focus on good health, abundance and happiness, the stronger that resonance will become within us.

We do not attract what we want, we attract that which has the same vibration as us.
We attract what we are.

I am really looking forward to being part of the Hereford festival of well being , with my colleague and friend Angie Latham.
we will be talking about the journey of the soul, past lives, life between lives and Sound healing.
We will also be doing a workshop at 3 pm, taking you on a journey to a past life of your own, places are limited so come along early to make sure you can take part.

The Avebury workshops

I`m calmly excited to be hosting a day of workshops in the village hall at
Avebury stone circle, which is on the 27 of October, now only 5 weeks away!

The day will comprise of 4 separate workshops, combining hypnotic and shamanic journeys, energy work and the exploration of consciousness.

workshop one-
Journeys In The Non-Physical
by Leon Feasey
- The Dynamics of working with group hypnosis and guided meditations.
- Remote viewing the ancient site of Avebury and stepping back in time.
- Working with source energy to heal the land.
- Connecting to a past life, in line with the stone circle and ancient tribes.

Workshop two-
Trusting Intuition

-Grounding personal energy and clearing the chakras.
-Identifying energy blockages within the body so it can be cleared.
- Connecting with Your higher self to access Inner wisdom and intuition.
- Accessing a positive past life to reconnect with skills and abilities to build confidence.

A Journey Of Communication

Workshop four-

- The Theoretical and experiential exploration of self-awareness.

The Workshops run from 9:30 to 5:30 and the cost for the day of workshops is £25.
I would recommend bringing along a small blanket for your own comfort, in guided meditations you can often feel chilli.

We are planning to have lunch at the Red Lion in the centre of the stone circle, let me know if you wish to book a table. There are other options for food available in the village.
There are also several B&Bs in the area, alternatively, the neighbouring town of Marlborough is not far and offers more B&B options.

The Avebury Workshops

On Sunday 27th of October, I will be facilitating a full day of 1 and 2-hour workshops, led by different therapists, at the village hall in Avebury.
The hall is located at the edge of the main stone circle, giving us the opportunity to explore and work with the powerful energy of Avebury in the comfort of the charming village hall.

Avebury Is the largest and most complex prehistoric monument in Britain, the main henge circle covers an area of 28 acres and encloses two smaller rings of Stone, while two stone-lined avenues wind away to further sites.
This magical and mysterious place is located in the Wiltshire countryside less than 20 miles from Stonehenge, which also dates back more than 4000 years.

Some of the Workshops will be focusing on-
- The Dynamics of working with group hypnosis and guided meditations.
- Remote viewing the ancient site of Avebury and stepping back in time.
- Group past life regressions.
- Working with and connecting with high vibrational energy.
- connection with intuition and clearing energy blockages.
-shamanic journeying of the ancient landscape.
- And more

If you would like to be one of the workshop leaders and share what you have learned with other therapists, or if you are wanting to build confidence in working with groups, then this is the perfect opportunity to do so.
Alternatively, you may just wish to enjoy the hypnotic journeys, the learning and sharing of ideas and meeting with old and new friends.

The cost for the day of workshops will be £25 per person, there will be the option to have lunch in the village pub, located in the centre of the main circle of stones, there is also bed and breakfast at The Lodge or Dorwyn manor just outside the village. I recommend making a weekend of it!

Booking a night at The Lodge will give you more time to explore Avebury and the surrounding sites as well as sleeping within the energy of the Circle of Stones.

The Workshops will run from 9:30 until 17:30, I will be bringing 10 reclining chairs for Comfort, which I use in my workshops. The hall also has its own chairs and facilities that we can utilise.

We have all grown out of the soil of our past experiences.
As we come to understand how the past influences us we can begin to take control, we get to decide what defines us.

We can continue to cling to the wounds of our past and grow through stress,
Or we can choose to draw on the nutrients of the healthy soil so we may grow in to self-acceptance and inner peace.

What we do, think and say in this moment becomes the soil of our past, feeding the roots of our future self......

The Healing circle group begins on the evening of the 27th of February, in my therapy room, in Weobley.
In this group you will be exploring your subconscious to heal yourself and others. You will learn how to identify and heal inner wounds from the past, this can be from childhood or before, as well as clearing detrimental energy and blockages.
You will be learning self hypnosis, dowsing, energy work and clairvoyant techniques to connect with your guides and loved ones.
These group sessions have developed from the group sessions and workshops I have held previously. The sessions will be transformational, empowering, and confidential.
This will be a small group so places are limited.
