I trained as a massage therapist following a background in care work. I have a particular interest in supporting women’s health and well-being but sessions are tailored to suit a variety of individuals. Treatments aim to offer respite from the pressures of everyday life, bringing a greater sense of physical and emotional well-being.

Today was a tough day!

My last day at The Body Clinic Leominster and it's a sad goodbye.

Im reflecting on everything and Joanna Bruce Holistic Therapist have done to support and guide me over the last 3 and a half years. The Body Clinic has been pivotal in my development as a therapist, and I can not thank them enough.

My drive and ambition have called me to start a new venture. Next week is the beginning of my new routine. At Bastion Mews, Hereford.

I strongly recommend working with the Body Clinic for any self-employed health professionals who may be reading this. They have shown nothing but support and understanding throughout my time there.

I love opening new doors.. I just hate closing the old ones!

So for the rest of today, I'll be taking extra good care of myself... this involves endless cups of tea and a good book in front of the fire.
