Jono Heenan Massage Therapist - Hereford The ultimate goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and well-being.

My name is Jono Heenan and I am a ITEC level 3 qualified massage therapist in Sports, Holistic, Indian Head, Onsite Chair, Reflexology and Aromatherapy treatments. I started studying these complementary therapies in 2010 at the RNC where I gained the knowledge and skills to enable me to provide these services. I also have ITEC level 2 in Fitness and Exercise and currently play Blind Football at an elite level where I've gained knowledge and understanding about the anatomy and physiology of the human body and how physical exercise and stresses can have an impact on us all.
