As I say to all my clients, consistency is key. Whether you have ni**les, an injury or tension, if you start with frequent massages, this allows me to get on top of your problems and as the treatments progress we can increase the time between treatments where we then get to a maintaining phase.
With this in mind, I’m giving away three weekly massages to one lucky winner. These massages will take place week beginning,

This will help the lucky winner get on top of any aches and pains they may have and start 2024 off on the right foot.
