I have one new weekly space available for private tuition ✨

This can happen in your home or mine and the sessions are tailored completely to your physical and emotional needs.

They are perfect if you would like to learn at your own pace, especially if being in a class environment isn’t suitable for you. Also great if you’re recovering from an injury or illness and are taking some gentle steps back to wellness.

My longest standing private student is around 10 years now!! But there’s no limit on how many sessions you have, whether it’s 1 or many more. I also teach couples together.

I am available for Hatha Yoga, Pre & Post Pregnancy Yoga and the Womb Yoga method.

Back at the lovely Stretton Sugwas village hall this morning with the even lovelier group of women.

I’ll be covering this class until mid February so anyone is welcome to drop in and join us.

We say farewell to summer as the beauty of autumn arrives 🍂 🍁 🧡

Normal service resumes as children go back to school and we live by the clock again. Routine is good, but I will miss lazy mornings in bed and not getting dressed until lunchtime - my inner teenager loved it! ☺️

My only week off of the year put me in bed mostly with that rubbish virus but I’ve emerged from my cocoon to teach last night, and I can’t wait to see you glorious women this Thursday morning ✨

My women’s yoga session is open to new women joining, so if you would like the safety and connection of sitting with women and practicing an empowering beautiful method, we meet each Thursday from 9.45am.

Crucial for rediscovery of the self after this long school holiday! 🧡

Autumn is here! 🍂 🍁

Due to the amazing summer we have had, I am very ready for this season change ✨

Classes start again this evening and will hopefully flow through now until the end of the year.

All class details are on my website. Beginners always welcome to join us. My sessions are suitable for all 🙏
