Unlike many other agencies, we pay for your FULL working day — not just the time spent with service users.

This means your travel time between care calls is paid, because we believe your time and dedication should always be valued.

👥 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for Care & Support Workers to assist service users in their own homes. Every individual we support has their own bespoke care plan, meaning every visit is unique.

🏡 The Role

You will support elderly, recovering, or disabled individuals with daily living activities, including:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily routines
• Communicating with families regarding wellbeing
• Supporting nutrition, household tasks, and independence

Here4Care read about suicides frequently!
For individuals to feel so low and feel they have no one to talk to or just cwtch when they need it…. It must be so upsetting to be in that headspace of feeling like a burden, and to feel like you’re alone in the world!
We hope that the Orange Button scheme will be there to help those who do feel like that have no one.
Staff at Here4Care will wear theirs with pride and hope that people know- WE WILL LISTEN! WE WONT JUDGE! WE CAN HELP YOU! 💚

Today we had our Christmas dinner for our service users, families and staff! 30 people with full tummies and smiles on their faces!!
With the help of so many people, it was a success and we raised some money for St Michael's Hospice - Hereford! Thankyou to The Kindle Centre for allowing us to use your facilities again this year! Thankyou all again for your endless love, encouragement and support through 2025! Merry Christmas 🎄💚

In August 2025, Here4Care Ltd held a charity clay pigeon shoot to help raise money for St Michael's Hospice - Hereford! With the help of The Rein Inn, Paton Events and HS Activities we raised an amazing amount of money totalling £1434.76 for the hospice!! Thankyou for all of the people that attended, the ones that gave up their free time and helped out on the day and the local companies that donated prizes for our raffle! Thankyou to my biggest support team for always believing in me 💙💙
