Chronic pain can be so overwhelming. It drains you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
For a long time, I reached for junk food and sugary, high-carb foods for comfort, but in reality they only left me feeling worse. And 20 stone heavier.
Since making changes and choosing healthier, nourishing alternatives, I’ve noticed such a difference.
I feel more supported, more in control, and better able to cope when flare-ups hit. It hasn’t taken the pain away, but it has helped me care for myself in a kinder, stronger way.
