OFFICE OPENING HOURS
Our office will close on the 24th December 2025 and re open on Monday 29th December. Our office will be open 9am - 5pm from the 29th December through to the 31st December. We will be closed on January 2026. Our normal care and support services will continue 24/7 during this time.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish our Clients, followers, stakeholders, staff and all their families a wonderful Christmas.

CLIENT CHRISTMAS LUNCH

It’s always a lovely time of year to celebrate with Clients and enjoy some social time with those that are able too.
Becky, our Registered Manager along with a few of our Wellbeing Assistants enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Three Elms, Hereford last week. An opportunity to connect with others, enjoy a Christmas dinner and pull a few crackers!

Our Annual Christmas Lunch will take place on Wednesday, the 10th of December, and will be an afternoon filled with laughter, warmth, and seasonal cheer.

This event is one of our favourite traditions, a chance to bring together our clients and our wonderful Wellbeing Assistants who support them.

It’s National Diabetes month! We wanted to raise awareness for the chronic condition that impacts around 4.9 million people in the UK.

Meet Victoria, Mentor at KH who was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when she was 13. This is when your body cannot produce enough insulin (if any at all) to keep glucose levels within a safe range. Victoria manages this by an insulin pump on a daily basis.

It’s really valuable having Victoria on team as we have many Clients living with Diabetes and she is able to share her experiences, encourage people to seek medical advice and help with prevention and care.
