🌿✨ Rotherwood Wellness Event ✨🌿

Last week, residents and guests enjoyed a fantastic Wellness Live Exercise class, hosted by Hampton Grange and Gwen Walford, with visitors from our sister homes Kington Court Nursing Home, Herefordshire and Lynhales Hall Nursing Home, Herefordshire joining in the fun. 💪💚

The uplifting session was followed by a delicious BBQ feast 🍔🌭 and a wonderful live performance from a talented singer Ian Hardman, making it a truly joyful day full of movement, music, and community. 🎶☀️

We loved seeing so many smiles and shared moments – wellness is always better together! 💖

Tonight, we said goodbye to two lovely sisters after their two-week respite stay with us. Janet complimented the meals, saying how delicious they were, and joked that she had even put on a little “holiday weight”, which, if you ask us, is the sign of a stay well enjoyed! ✨
